- This form of psychotherapy is intense and very effective
- Similar to “ropes courses” used by other therapists and treatment centers
- Proven to reduce crime and help with addictions
- Children learn about themselves and others by participating in activities with horses
- Processing (or discussing) their feelings and behaviors
Note: This is a team building program designed specifically for group homes and residential treatment centers. Ninety percent of the sessions are performed on the ground, not on the horse.
